UPDATE: The Texas Department of Public Safety says Interstate 10 eastbound is now back open after shut down due to an overturned tractor trailer.
The accident happened around 3:30a.m. Sunday at Mile Marker 833. DPS says crews had been working for several hours trying to remove the tractor trailer. Motorists were diverted to the feeder road. I-10 eastbound lanes reopened around 4p.m. Sunday.
At this time no injuries are reported.
