Third suspect arrested in connection with Dallas man's murder

There has been a major development in the killing of a Dallas man whose body was found near China. Authorities have made a third arrest in the death of 53-year-old Kevin Alton Moyer.

27-year-old Cody Jamar Lewis was taken into custody Thursday night in Trinity County.

Lewis will be charged with murder.

Authorities say Lewis was spotted in a wooded area. He had been at large for almost two weeks.

The nude body of the murder victim was found April 5 in the back of a car on South China Road.
Last week, Jefferson County sheriff's deputies arrested 21-year-old Arthur Christopher Harmon and 31-year-old Yiannis Mihail.

They are also charged with murder and held on $1 million bonds.
