Orange man shocked with stun gun after leading deputies on high speed chase

An Orange man who was shocked with a stun gun after deputies say he lead them on a high speed chase is now facing charges surrounding the incident.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department say Levi Gollihare, 22, was seen passing another vehicle in a no- pass zone Thursday around 11;30 p.m. in the 9000 block of FM 105. Deputies  went to stop him but he lead them on a chase with speeds reaching 85 mph in a 35 mpph zone. 

Golihare eventually crashed out in the 10,000 block of FM 105 and was attempting to run from the scene when a deputy took him down with a stun gun. Deputies found a small amount of marijuana and Valium in the truck.

Golihare is booked for evading arrest , possession of a controlled substance, and possession of synthetic marijuana as well as an MTRP warrant. Bond was set at $2,500.
