More problems for Motiva plant

Bloomberg is reporting that the Port Arthur Motiva plant, already sidelined by a fire last week, may remain down because of a scarcity of double- hulled vessels.

American flagged tankers and barges are needed for transport between American ports.

On August 17, a fire at a hydrocracker unit caused a shutdown of the facility.
