SUV rollover wreck north of Vidor sends five kids, two adults to hospital

VIDOR - A single vehicle rollover wreck sent two adults and five children to the hospital Tuesday afternoon north of Vidor.

The Texas Department of Public Safety received a report about the wreck at about 2:12 p.m according to a release from the Texas DPS.

A Ford SUV driven by Meagan Nettles, 28, of Vidor, was traveling north on FM 105 just south of the Jasper County line when she swerved to the let to avoid striking a vehicle that was turning left the release said.

The SUV then drove off the roadway and rolled injuring the Nettles and the passengers.

All of the injured were transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont with non-life threatening injuries.
