Orange county boy honored for his kind heart

It was a very special day for an Orange County boy named Nole Enderle.

Congressman Brian Babin’s office gave Enderle a congressional proclamation for saving his money and buying bicycles for the Vidor Police Department’s “Blue Santa” program.

“We want to do something to honor and recognize his giving heart and his good nature towards other children,” said Orange County Judge Stephen Carlton.

The “Blue Santa” program will take the gifts to underprivileged children in Orange County for Christmas.

Enderle has cerebral palsy and is a fourth grader at Pine Forest Elementary School. He was also given a fishing pole and gear from State Rep. Dade Phelan for free. The Orange County Game Warden also donated a free hunt to him.
