Hackberry and Holly Beach residents deal with Tropical Storm Cindy conditions

A LIVE look at Hackberry Louisiana where three inches of rainfall or more is expected due to Tropical Storm Cindy.

HOLLY BEACH, LA - People in Holly Beach and Hackberry, Louisiana dealing with lots of rain and wind on Wednesday ahead of Tropical Storm Cindy.

On Wednesday, its reported about six inches of rain fell in Holly Beach.

"This is minor compared to what we've been through before. This is just a tropical storm!" said Ray Miller.

Miller lives in Holly Beach and went through Hurricane Rita and Hurricane Ike. 

Several roads in Holly Beach found underwater. Some homeowners also took precaution for the storm by putting up hurricane shutters. 

Others in Holly Beach, took the time to enjoy the wind and rain. 

On Wednesday night, weather conditions in Hackberry were calm compared to Holly Beach with winds up to 40 to 45 miles per hour.
