Maze of Terror –Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. 1745 Highway 12 in Vidor, Texas. Sponsored by Boy Scout Troop 220.

October 29

Port Arthur Night Out: 6p.m. - 8:30p.m. The National Nightout and trunk or treat even will be at the Pavilion at 500 Procter Street. 

October 31

City of Port Arthur Trunk or Treat  6p.m. - 8p.m. at the Bob Bowers Civic Center.

Country Harvest 5:30p.m. until 7:30p.m. at the Cowboy Church of Orange County. There will be hotdogs, popcorn, lemonade, and of course tons of candy inside this family friendly environment.

Wings of Success Halloween Forum 2 p.m.– 4 p.m. 6th Floor Mary and John Gray Library at Lamar. Come dressed for the costume contest, and kick back with some cotton candy and Halloween treats while you tune into information sessions and guest speakers. Book scholarships will be up for grabs for the best dressed.409-880-7700

Halloween Spooktacular at Brightwood College – 6115 Eastex Freeway.  Free, open to public.  Trick-or-treating through classrooms, campus, popcorn, cupcakes.  Showing of “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

 

Trunk or Treat at Vista College – Bring the whole family for a safe and fun night that includes trick or treating, games activities 5:30 p.m. –7:30 p.m. 3871 Stagg Drive Suite 194

Pumpkin Pandemonium puppet show presented by Puppetwise 10 :30 a.m. –12 p.m. at marion & Ed Hughes Public Library 2712 Nederland Ave. in Nederland.  Children are encouraged to dress up and bring their treat bags for trick or treating in the library.

Spindletop Spookfest  5 p.m. to 7:30 at Spindletop-Gladys City Boomtown Museum. There will be activities for children and trick-or-treating throughout the boomtown buildings. Located on US69 a Jimmy Simmons Bvld. 

October 27

4th Annual Monsters in the Park–A “spooktacular” fall evening in the park. 5 p.m. –9 p.m. at Doornbos Park in Nederland.  Maze, petting zoo, food venders, pumpkin craft, pumpkin relay. 409-724-0773

October 28

Lumberton Community Fall Festival–Hosted by community-wide churches and the city of Lumberton.  Everything is free.  Potato sack races, face painting, kids train, hayrides, bounce houses, free food and drinks, more. 11 a.m. –4 p.m. at Lumberton City Park on 421.

Beaumont PD Halloween Carnival–10 a.m. –2 p.m. at the Beaumont Civic Center.

Sour Lake Annual Trunk or Treat 6 p.m. –9 p.m. at Lions Park in Sour Lake. Hosted by Sour Lake Chamber of Commerce

Evadale Fall Fest –5 p.m. –9p.m. at the Evadale Fire Department.  Bigger and better Haunted House, booths, face painting, games, treats, bounce house. 409-233-9486

October 29

Bridge City Fall Festival–St. Paul UMC 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. 1155 West Round Bunch Road in Bridge City. FREE.

Lumberton Trunk or Treat –Journey Community Church 409-755-1388. Free candy for Hardin County Kids, hotdogs and drinks available for purchase.
