A peaceful protest rally was held Saturday at Doornbos Park in Nederland. Organizers say the theme of the rally is "I'm your voice Venezuela" because people in Venezuela can not speak for themselves without threats from the Socialist government.
More anti-government protests continue in Venezuela for a 10th day Saturday.
Protesters around the country have been demonstrating against shortages of basic goods, high inflation, and high crime levels.
Earlier this week after speaking to a huge crowd, Venezuelan opposition leader, Leopoldo Lopez turned himself into Venezuelan security forces.
Lopez ,42, is a Harvard educated economist and has headed the protest movement.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's government accuses the opposition of being supported by the U.S. government with the aim of overthrowing the government.
