Funeral arrangements have been set for the three men shot to death Thursday night outside a Prairie Avenue home in South Beaumont.
The victims were 28-year-old MacGarrett Jack, his wife's uncle, 62-year-old Preston Wilson, and a cousin, 29-year-old Joshua Ceasar.
The funeral for all three men will be Saturday morning at 11:30 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., also at the church.
Beaumont police chief Jimmy Singletary confirmed to us that there was more than just one shooter involved in the killings, and he says those responsible will face capital murder charges.
No arrests have been made, and Beaumont City Councilman Jamie Smith says it's time for law-abiding citizens to send a message to the bad guys.
He said, "We have to pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and get our neighborhoods back and teach these young kids that we're not going to take this crime, we're not going to put up with this."
Smith urges neighborhoods to set up crime watch groups. He says anyone interested should just contact city hall or the police department.
