A motorcyclist is in custody after a high-speed chase through two counties.
Deputies say the man took off going up to a 160 miles per hour after deputies tried to stop him on I-10 in Chambers County.
The chase didn't end until the biker lost control and crashed at the I-10 South/Major Drive exit.
Then it gets stranger.
The motorcyclist flagged down a driver and hitched a ride to Baptist Beaumont Hospital where the man was finally taken into custody without incident.
It's not clear what charges the driver will face.
