Fire at Valero Refinery

Conditions are back to normal at Port Arthur's Valero refinery after a fire was reported around 8:30 p.m. Friday.

A witness tells 12 News HD some employees were evacuated for a short time but that has not been confirmed.

No injuries were reported and the cause has not been reported. Phillips says the fire never posed a threat to the community.
