A new website has been created to keep the public updated on those recovering from the fire at ExxonMobil in Beaumont last week that sent 12 to area hospitals.
Four are recovering at UTMB in Galveston.
Dustin Creekmore has undergone two surgeries that have gone well. Chad McDonald has undergone skin graphs but requires more surgeries. He's in stable condition.
Jimmie Solomon underwent surgery Monday and is in a lot of pain. Lance Smith is stable but on a breathing tube. Smith has received several skin grafts.
Many are rallying to help Smith and the other burn victims.
Beaumontburnvictims.com provides updates on all the men it also lists fundraiser's and events and offers a bank account for cash donations. A link to the web page can be found to the left of this story.
Cheer Town in Lumberton is accepting donations for the Smith family. A separate bank account has been opened at Five Point Credit Union under Lance's wife's name, Jessika Smith.
Cheer Town is requesting Gas and gift cards, Diapers: Pamper Swaddlers size 1 and 2, Pamper sensitive wipes, Similac advanced formula, and Beechnut Vegetable Jar Food for the Smith family because Lance is the family's sole provider and Jessika is currently in school.
