Capital murder trial begins for man accused of killing three at dominoes game in 2013

The capital murder trial of a Beaumont man accused of fatally shooting three people during a dominoes game got under way Tuesday.

BEAUMONT - The capital murder trial of a Beaumont man accused of fatally shooting three people during a dominoes game got under way Tuesday.

Allen Hancock, 31, could face life in prison without parole is convicted of the murder charges.

Police officers who were first on the scene of the 2013 shootings took the stand Tuesday and jurors were shown photos of the crime scene.

Preston Wilaon, 62, MacGarrett Jack, 28, and Joshua Ceasar, 29  all of Beaumont were killed and two others were injured in the shootings at a home in the 1000 block of Prairie.

Hancock was identified as one of the shooters in a photo line-up according to court documents.

Latrina Yvonne Hall, 37, of Beaumont, was also charged in the shooting.

Testimony resumes Wednesday morning at nine.
