Sources told 12News that a student accused of threatening Marshall Middle School Students earlier this week through social media has been arrested.
The 14-year-old boy was taken into custody by Houston Police Friday.
He is enrolled in Pathways Learning Center which is Beaumont Independent School District's alternative campus. Until his arrest, he was listed as a runaway.
The teen is being held on a felony charge of burglary of a building and is accused of breaking into West Brook High School in February. The teen could also face misdemeanor charges for making social media threats in which he is said to have claimed that he was planning to hurt students at a school dance that was scheduled for Friday.
