People line up for hours for NES Classic

9NEWS at 6 a.m. 11/11/16.

KUSA - This is a big day for folks who remember having to actually blow into video game cartidges to get them to work.

The NES Classic officially went on sale early Friday morning, and 9Wants to Know Reporter Jeremy Jojola was fourth in line at the Glendale Target … for the purpose of “investigative journalism” we’re sure.

He says one woman had been waiting in line since 12:30 a.m.! 

At $60, the NES Classic costs less than most modern games – and for those of you who remember classics like the original Legend of Zelda, it’s totally worth it. Totally. Worth it.
