    Port Arthur Memorial sprinter Corey Dauphine, who won the state 5a 200 meters gold medal Saturday at the state meet in Austin, has been named the Wendys 12 Star Athlete of the Week. Dauphine is also a top football recruit that has verbally committed to Texas Tech. Dauphine won the 200 meters in a personal best time of 20.76 seconds.
