    (BELL COUNTY) -- A judge ruled in favor of Bell County Sheriff Eddy Lange in a lawsuit that claimed he violated the first amendment rights of two of his deputies.The suit was filled in 2013 by former Bell Co. Sheriff's Deputies Charles Grogan and Mary Farley.In the lawsuit, they claimed Sheriff Lange demoted them because they supported his political opponent in the republican primary.KCEN-HD's Emily Collins obtained the lawsuit Friday afternoon. Morales paid a fine and was given probation.

The girl was believed to have been under water for approximately 5 minutes and the boy -- for approximately fifteen minutes. Emergency workers continued CPR until helicopter help arrived. Family members were there with the kids. The investigation into their deaths is on-going.

    An explosion at a Coryell County farm complex has left one person dead and two injured. The explosion happened shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday night at Huffman Farms located at 5605 Mother Neff Pkwy just off of FM 107.

When they got there, they confronted Wiggins who refused to put down his gun and pointed it a officers. Cops shot Wiggins twice. Once inside Wiggins' home, police found 41-year-old Charles Herman shot in the head. He later died from his injuries. Wiggins faces up to life in prison.
