BEAUMONT, Texas — Legacy Christian's season ended earlier than expected when they were forced to forfeit their TAPPS Division IV Bi-District game with Brazos Christian due to COVID-19.
Head Coach Mitchell Stephens confirmed the decision with 409Sports Tuesday afternoon.
Mitchell says while the team has no positive cases at this time, there are players in quarantine due to possible contact with the virus.
Brazos Christian will receive a bye into the second round.
