An Orange County woman has been arrested as the second suspect in a fatal Tyler County fire Sunday night.
Angela "Angie" Coats was arrested in Orange County by Tyler County Deputies with assistance from the Orange County Sheriff's Office according to Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford.
Coats is now in the Tyler County jail. She is being held on a murder charge and the bond is set at $250,000.
Coats is being charged with first degree murder according to Weatherford.
A family member has told 12News that they believe the victim is Joe Kelvin Brown.
The Tyler County Sheriff has still not officially released the identity of the victim pending autopsy results.
The sheriff announced in a Wednesday press conference at his office that the death was classified as a homicide.
The Jefferson and Orange County Sheriff's Offices, Texas Rangers, State Fire Marshall's Office and the U.S. Marshall's Office are assisting in the investigation Weatherford said.
Coats' granddaughter was the late Olivia Coats, known as Baby Olivia, who died in January 2014 less than a week after she was born after the doctor who delivered her used forceps during the delivery.
A jury in August 2016 awarded Baby Olivia's mother, Rachel Melancon, almost $10.3 million in a civil suit over her death.
