A spooky success for trick-or-treaters in Beaumont this Halloween. The little ones showing off their costumes at Barrington Heights on Tuesday.

Min Dai, dressed up as a Samurai and joined his two daughters for the fun. Parents made sure kids were not only having fun but also safe.

"Everybody around here watches out for the kids for the most part. That's what its all about." Nathan Camper said.

A group of girls from Marshall Middle School getting creative by dressing up as "Alvin and the Chipmunks."

"Pinterest was a lot of help so that was good." said Brianna Miller.

Overall, Halloween 2017 kicked off the right way as kids collected what they love the most, candy.
