Three Baytown residents have been arrested for passing counterfeit money at a Chambers County WalMart.
Cheyenne Fails, Mister Frank and Carson Smith, all of Baytown, were arrested and each has a bond set at $10,000 according to a post on the Chambers County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.
One of the three was working at the WalMart on State Highway 146 and accepting counterfeit $100 bills and giving real currency as change according to the post.

The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.

Cheyenne Fails, Mister Frank and Carson Smith (pictured below) all of Baytown, Texas, were each jailed on $10,000 bonds after the Walmart Security Team observed one of the three that worked at the Walmart location on SH 146 in Chambers County accepting counterfeit $100 dollar bills for small purchases and giving real currency for change.
Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division continued the investigation and made the arrests.The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are pending.
