A steady crowd of shoppers went to their favorite stores in the area like Best Buy, Toys R Us and Target.

"It was a lot busier last night on the streets but it seems like its picking up again," said shopper Theresa Kroutter.

Yesterday hundreds of people lined up at Target, Best Buy and JC Penny to take advantage of the Black Friday deals.

Shoppers said this afternoon was less crowded and people enjoyed buying several items from the stores. Shopper Delton Gannon said he thought ahead and bought Christmas gifts for his children.

"Our oldest boys enjoy Legos and Mind Craft and our youngest son is all about the paw patrol days," said Gannon.

Shoppers said the most crowded area for black Friday was Parkdale Mall.

“It was crazy,” said shopper Katrina Cruz. “I guess a lot of stores didn’t open until 8 a.m this morning so Bath and Body works was crazy.”

However, Cruz said it was worth going to the mall because she saved some money with Black Friday specials.
“We bought Christmas wrapping paper from Hobby Lobby for 50 percent off,” said Cruz.
