Beaumont (KBMT) - Police say a Beaumont man has been arrested after a fight broke out at Chuck E Cheese on Sunday night. The fight was caught on video and posted onto YouTube.
It started at a birthday party on Sunday at the Chuck E Cheese restaurant located at 4180 North Dowlen Road in Beaumont. Police say two women got into an argument and started fighting. The two women were both girlfriends of 18-year-old Jordan Eagleton. Police say when a manager tried to break up the fight, Eagleton threatened to kill him if he called police.
The manager decided to press charges against Eagleton who was arrested for terroristic threat.
12 News HD contacted the Chuck E Cheese corporate office. Company Spokesperson Brenda Holloway said the corporate office is investigating and the people involved in the fight had a past history. She said they still believe Chuck E Cheese is a safe place for kids.
Police say no one was seriously hurt in the fight.
Eagleton has since posted the $500 bond and has been released from jail.
