
Kenneth Wayne Thibodeaux, the man charged with the shooting death of Dontrell Holman, 24, of Beaumont, has posted $50,000 bond and has been released from the Jefferson County Jail. Officials confirm he posted bond Tuesday morning.
Beaumont police say Thibodeaux killed Holman Saturday. Detectives say Holman was shot to death at the Starcrest Apartments located at 3255 Elmira. The complex used to be known as Washington Manor and is located near Ozen High School just off of Fannett Road.
People on the scene the day of the shooting said Holman was shot three times in the head.
