Both sides have rested and an Orange County jury spent 6 hours Thursday deliberating the fate of James Holden.
Holden is the man accused in the killing of 28 year old Theresa Foskey of Bridge City in September of 1995. Prosecutors say Holden dismembered Foskey's body and dumped her remains along the Sabine River.
If convicted, Holden would get life in prison.
Jurors will continue deliberations Friday at 8 a.m.
