Beaumont police say a man who stopped at a red light was carjacked at gunpoint early this morning.
Around 1:30 a.m. the driver of a blue 2000 Chevy pickup truck was stopped at a red light at the corner of Washington and Sabine Pass. When the light turned green a 2-Door extended-cab pickup in front of him did not move. Two men jumped out of the truck and ran to his pickup. One of them had a gun and they told him to get out of the truck.
He did as they asked and they fled in his truck with the other truck following.
Police are looking for a stolen Chevy Pickup with license plate 0-3-T-V-K-4
