    Historic flooding this morning in Southeast Texas turned roads and underpasses into lakes as more than 6 inches of rain fell on some parts of our community.

    In just one hour from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., the Jack Brooks Regional Airport recorded 3.08 inches of rain. (Click here for PHOTOS)
